Agrippa is a platform that provides a suite of tools to enable capital seekers and capital providers in the commercial real estate industry to connect, collaborate, and transact. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the information that we process on behalf of our business customers while providing the Agrippa services to them. Our use of such information is governed by our agreements with those business customers. If you have any concerns about personal information that we process on behalf of a business, please direct your concerns to that business.
Our Service is designed for businesses and their representatives. We do not offer products or services for personal, family, or household use by individuals. Therefore, we treat all personal information we collect as pertaining to individuals acting as business representatives, not in their individual capacities. If you are accepted as a Capital Provider, by agreeing to join Agrippa, you represent and warrant that you are an accredited investor as defined under applicable securities laws.
For the purposes of this policy, "personal information" refers to any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household.

We are not responsible for any such use of this information.
